Core trading rules

The rules every lesson comes back to

Backed by 10+ years of live market experience.

1

The 1% to 2% capital rule

Never risk more than 1% to 2% of total account capital on any single options or stock alert. Small, consistent position sizing protects you through unpredictable markets.

2

Mandatory trim and breakeven

When Target 1 is reached, lock in profit on part of the position and relocate the remaining stop-loss to entry so the runner carries no risk of loss.

3

The opening 15-minute patience

Avoid chasing the 9:30 AM open. Let the opening 15-minute range establish liquidity before acting on high-conviction momentum breaks.

4

Trade what you see, not what you think

Leave personal bias at the door. If order flow and tape show selling pressure, do not argue with the market or average down on losing positions.

Educational content only. Examples are for illustration and are not recommendations. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
