Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Educational Content Notice: There are no refunds after your payment has been accepted and processed except with respect to statutory warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

1. Because our digital intellectual property, real-time alerts, and market research are delivered immediately upon checkout, no partial or full refunds are provided.

2. How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly in your account dashboard, in PayPal, or by contacting our staff at hello@strikingtrades.com. You will retain full access to all channels and content until your scheduled renewal date. You will not be billed again once cancelled.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving and accessing proprietary educational content or alerts is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent blacklisting and forfeiture of account access.
